In-Person or Telehealth Sessions.

In-Person:

Washington State: Telahealth (Virtual Only) sessions at this time. California: Virtual or In-Person Office.

In addition to in-person sessions, I am also currently offering sessions through Telehealth (using Simple Practice or Google Meets platform), which is similar to traditional therapy, and the same approaches are used, but from your own home. We will meet on a confidential video platform. I am licensed in California and Washington State, and can work with individuals who live in any part of those states.

Note: Some clients chose to do a hybrid approach of in-person and online sessions, and this is also an option.
