Telehealth or In Person Sessions.

In-Person:

In addition to in person sessions, I am also currently offering sessions through Telehealth (using Simple Practice or Google Meets platform), which is similar to traditional therapy, and the same approaches are used, but from the comfort of your own home. We will meet on a confidential video platform. I am licensed in California, and can work with with individuals who live in any part of the state.

Some clients chose to do a hybrid of in-person and online sessions, and this is also an option.
